Exhibition entry form 

From your images accepted for exhibition in Nudes on TAP 2024 please complete this form for each image that you wish to enter in the exhibition.

For your reference number on the form please use part of your surname and year of birth. For bank payments to TAP Gallery please use this reference number as well so that payments received can be matched to images delivered for exhibition.

As well you will have been notified if your submission has been short listed by the judges for an award.

You must now select a title or name for your selected image/s, attach a printed copy of this form to the back of the image when it is framed or mounted or write the details on the back of the image.

Payments for each image to be exhibited in Nudes on TAP 2024 is AUS$25 and AUS$15 if you are a full-time tertiary student. Please indicate on the exhibition entry form if you are a full-time tertiary student and provide your student ID number.

Payment is to be made direct to TAP Gallery by phoning 0400 610 440 with credit card details or bank transfer BSB: 032006 Account Number 308280.

Payment goes towards the rental cost of the gallery.

For Nudes on TAP 2024, as part of the Open Program for the 2024 Head On Photo Festival, we will only accept for exhibition artwork that has been either framed or mounted.

You must frame or mount your printed images and fasten them with a picture wire where the centre wire is about 8cm below the top of the frame. Framed or mounted images must be no larger than A1 page size (594mm x 841mm or 23.4 inches x 33.1 inches) with a 10% allowance for the frame. There is a weight limit of 2kgs per framed or mounted image.

Your framed or mounted images must be delivered or sent to TAP Gallery 259 Riley Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 no later than 5pm Sunday 17th November 2024.

TAP Gallery is open 12pm to 6pm daily. Your entry will not be exhibited if payment has not been received by TAP Gallery.

By completing this entry form online, you agree to the following;

1.  All persons displayed in the image were over 18 years of age when the image was created.
2. You have the permission and consent of each person captured in the image to have the image displayed in a public setting.
3.  You grant permission to The Artists Paradise (TAP) Gallery and persons undertaking work on behalf of the gallery to display your exhibition in TAP Gallery as part of Nudes on TAP 2024 in the Open Program of the Head On Photo Festival from 12pm on Monday 18th November 2024 till 5pm on Saturday 30th November 2024.
4.  You grant permission for persons undertaking roles on behalf of TAP Gallery to take film and still photography of the exhibition including your displayed images for publicity purposes.
5.  You grant permission to Head On Foundation and persons acting on their official behalf for the 2024 Head On Photo Festival to display copies of your exhibited image/s for festival publicity and media purposes.   
5.  If you offer your image for sale during the exhibition you agree to allow TAP Gallery to sell it at the price you have set with TAP Gallery collecting a 25% commission on the sale price and the image being collected by the buyer after 5pm on Saturday 30th November 2024. (Proceeds from commissions go towards the running costs of TAP Gallery).
6.  You must collect or arrange to have collected or returned to you any unsold entries in the period 5pm Saturday 30th November to 6pm Sunday 1st December 2024.
